Baiee's website, mobile app, or any of its services, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. This document Baiee and its users as a legally binding agreement. Please read this document carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Baiee's system detects duplicate accounts using device ID, IP address, and payment information.

KYC Verification: Identity verification is required to process withdrawals or transactions above certain limits. Please submit any one of the following government-issued ID documents:

• Passport
• Driving Licence

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–72 hours. Withdrawals will be limited until verification is complete. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone. Please immediately report any unauthorized access to your account to Baiee.

• Attempting to hack, phish, or carry out any form of cyberattack.
• Using bots, scripts, or automation software to play games.
• Attempting to collude with other users to influence the outcome of a game.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Harassing or threatening other users.

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Suspected money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Registering with incorrect or false information.
• Found to be a minor.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Dispute Resolution Process:

2. Step Two: If the issue is not resolved at the first step, please submit a formal complaint.
3. Step Three: Serious disputes will be settled through an independent arbitration process.

For all dispute resolution Baiee-'s system logs and records will be treated as primary evidence. Game results, transaction history, and all other system records are automatically stored and may be used as evidence in any dispute.

Baiee reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via email or through the platform at least 7 days in advance.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, please request to close your account. The date of the most recent update will always be shown at the top of this page.
